Who we are
Trans Iceland’s Online Store is operated by Trans Iceland (kennitala: 491107-0650). Trans Iceland is a non-profit NGO representing trans people in Iceland and this online store exists for fundraising purposes only.
Delivery methods
Orders are only delivered through Dropp's delivery service. As the online store is exclusively run by volunteers, picking up orders is not an option. Delivery methods available vary by location and are automatically updated on the checkout page. We try to get orders to Dropp within a reasonable timeframe, but cannot promise any certain time due to being restricted to volunteer work only. Customers will receive an order confirmation via email. Orders are not handed over to Dropp until Trans Iceland has received payment.
Payment methods
We only accept payments through Aur and bank transfer. More information about payment methods can be found on the checkout page. If payment by bank transfer is chosen, customers are asked to send a receipt for the transfer via email to stjorn@transisland.is.
Use of personal data
This website uses cookies to track the products in your cart, along with a temporary user ID which is deleted after two days.
Users’ personal details entered during the checkout process will be used to process orders and are shared with Dropp.
